Creating and Redeeming Vouchers

CREATING A VOUCHER

1. Pull up the item details screen.

2. Change item from a Sale to a Voucher

3. Select "Update" to apply this change

4. The item should now display with (Voucher) at the end.

5. Complete the transaction and a voucher will print out.

REDEEMING A VOUCHER WITH BARCODE SCANNER

1. Using the BARCODE SCANNER (optional equipment for purchase) scan the barcode on the voucher

2. Complete the rest of the sale

NOTE: if a voucher has been previously redeemed you will receive an error message

REDEEM A VOUCHER MANUALLY

1. Select the "More" button on the sales screen

2. Select the "Redeem Voucher" button.

3. Type in the voucher number that appears on the voucher slip

4. Hit "Accept" to redeem the voucher.
