Machine Management

  1. The MACHINES tab of the Arrow Module will allow you to see the status of all EGMs and provide the ability to enable or disable them (not all users of the system may have the appropriate permission to enable or disable machines. If the button is grayed out for the user check their permission level and adjust accordingly).



    The status of the machine can be determined by the color:
    Gray = Machine is Offline and the Site Server is unable to communicate with it
    Dark Blue = Machine is disabled
    Green = Device is active and is available for game play. It will also show the current credits if any that are currently loaded onto the machine.

  2. You can click on any of the Machine Tiles and get more details on that machine.




  3. You can configure the system to automatically enable and disable the machine. To configure this feature click on the SET SCHEDULE




  4. You will need to enable the Session auto start & stop enabled toggle switch. You can configure it to use a DAILY SCHEDULE where every day the system will enable and disable all of the machines the same time every day of the week.




  5. Or if the location needs more granular control of the machines, you can use the WEEKLY SCHEDULE where you can specify what times the machines will be enabled each day of the week.
