      Voiding out an item

       

      1. Choose the menu items you would like to void

      2. Pull up the menu item details by tapping the item in the ticket

      3. Change the item from "Sale" to "Void". Hit update to save this change.

      4. Complete the order with the voided item(s) by using the payment button. NOTE the total will be negative, but if you are voiding an item that was previously sold these totals will balance out.
